Broadfields Intermediaries Limited is a property development company based in Abuja Nigeria. The company owns the Protea Hotel Apo Apartments managed by Protea Hotels Management Company of South Africa. Protea Hotel Apo Apartments is a 60- apartment and room hotel in the Central Business Area of Abuja, Nigeria. Broadfields also owns and has successfully refurbished the 200-room Central Hotel in Kano, Nigeria. Broadfields won the bid to acquire Central Hotel Limited from the Federal Government under the privatization exercise conducted by the Bureau of Public Enterprises in 2004. Other projects proposed/executed by the company include the construction of luxury apartments in Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria and the construction of twin towers of 80 residential suites/apartments also in Abuja. Broadfields is under the same ownership and management as Conrad Gardens . Conrad Gardens is a project owned by Conrad Assets and Resources (a sister company) and Broadfields .
